Terms of Service

Last updated 17 August 2026. These terms apply to the ReadyAgents website and waitlist. Open-source software has its own license on GitHub.

The site

This website describes an open-core product: a free Agent Workflow + MCP Toolkit and paid premium packs for continuous agent systems. Staging pages may change. Nothing on this site is an offer for a specific vertical pack, a reserved seat, or a guaranteed launch date.

Who may use it

The site is for adults and businesses. You must give accurate information if you join the waitlist, and you must not impersonate someone else.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not create a paid contract, reserved capacity, or a license. We may accept, delay, or close the list. You agree to give an email you control and not to submit other people’s addresses.

Your keys and your systems

ReadyAgents expects customers to bring their own API keys (BYOK). You are responsible for provider accounts, spend, data you send to models, and how you run any toolkit or pack. Do not upload secrets to this website.

Open-source software

Code published on GitHub is licensed under the terms in that repository. These website terms do not replace that license. If the two conflict for the code itself, the repository license controls.

Site content

Text, marks, and design on this website belong to ReadyAgents unless noted otherwise. You may quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy the site as a competing product page.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, scrape in an abusive way, or attempt to access the admin area without authorization. Do not use the site to break the law.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that content is complete or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, ReadyAgents is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product and site change. The date at the top is the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
